On May 16, the People's Government of Yunnan Province issued a notice officially approving Qiubei County, which is supported by Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM),to be removed from the poor county list, marking a decisive victory in the anti-poverty battle. .

Since 2018, under the unified arrangement of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and SIG, SSAM has carried out the "dual-hundred" village-enterprise targeted poverty alleviation action to support Chushuizhai Village, Qiubei County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Guided by the concept of "integrating poverty alleviation with ambition promotion and intellectual support", SSAM has taken targeted measures according to local conditions, carried out a series of concrete support actions such as "Wardrobe of Love", "Library of Love", "Supermarket of Love", education-based poverty alleviation, consumption-based poverty alleviation, startup training and Party co-building, to arouse locals' endogenous power and boost national strategies.

With the "dual-hundred" poverty alleviation action as the fulcrum and Yunnan's multi-ethnic areas as the core, SSAM has proposed an innovative model of "poverty alleviation + intangible cultural heritage", to discover cultural heritage and promote the rejuvenation of these areas. Under the model, it will not promote industrial development and help villagers increase income at the level of poverty alleviation, but also support intangible cultural heritage support and craft inheritance at the cultural level, in a bid to become a practitioner of "cultural confidence".
