On the morning of March 9, Gong Dao’an, Vice Mayor of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, visited SIG and listened to a report on SIG's situation of epidemic prevention and control and work and production resumption. Lin Yibin, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC); Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Wu Jun, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission; Guan Wei, Vice President and Chief Operation Officer of SIG; Zhou Lei, Chief Investment Officer of SIG; and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union participated in the survey.

Gong inspected the epidemic prevention and control of SIG Building, listened to a report on the implementation of the building's epidemic prevention and control measures at the lobby on the ground floor, and extended greetings to frontline employees.

Yu reported SIG's situation of epidemic prevention and control and work and production resumption. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, SIG has attached great importance to epidemic prevention and control, enhanced the sense of responsibility, made overall arrangements for epidemic prevention and control, advanced work and production resumption in an orderly way, gone all out to advance business operations, seriously implemented enterprise support policies, initiatively strengthened risk prediction and prevention, actively performed social responsibility and striven to fulfill the annual business targets.

Gong spoke highly of SIG's epidemic prevention and control and work and production resumption. During epidemic prevention and control, SIG has performed subject responsibility, reported no suspected or confirmed cases throughout the system, and achieved desired results, he said. As a municipal state-owned capital operation platform, SIG has played an important role in Shanghai's economic and social development. At the next stage, SIG should, based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's requirements of "starting well and ending well" for epidemic prevention and control, take a step forward and take responsibility, advance epidemic prevention and control and work and production resumption in parallel, achieve a dual victory in epidemic prevention and control and corporate development, and contribute to achieving the annual economic goals set by the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
