On the morning of January 13, 2020, Liu Xinyi, President of SIG; Guan Wei, Vice President and Chief Operation Officer of SIG; and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee visited SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SIGAM) for a survey and pre-festival safety check of the Golden Bridge project under SIGAM.

Accompanied by Deng Weili, Chairman of SIGAM and Qiaohe Property and Liu Guang'an, General Manager of SIGAM, the delegation first conducted a survey on civil works, electromechanical installation, curtain wall construction and the construction of finely decorated model houses on the project site, and then listened to the project leader's report on engineering development and construction, safe and civilized construction management and investment promotion preparations.

After conducting the survey and listening to the report, SIG's leaders recognized the project team's efforts at the previous stage, requiring that it should continue project construction in accordance with high standards, conduct safety management practically, attach great importance to project construction, establish perfect systems and implement systems strictly; should conduct investment control properly and keep quality, safety and investment under control; and should position the project correctly, actively advance investment promotion and endeavor to achieve project goals.

Heads of the Department of Administration of SIG, Shanghai Construction No. 7 Group, Shanghai Jianke Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and construction, supervision and management units of the Golden Bridge project, as well as the project team of Qiaohe Property accompanied the delegation for the survey.
