On the morning of December 4, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG received Xu Li, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (SRCB); Gu Jianzhong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee, Vice Chairman and President of SRCB; and Yu Minhua, Vice President and Board Secretary of SRCB. Zhong Maojun, Chief Operation Officer of SIG, was present.
Xu introduced SRCB's key operations in 2019, strategic planning (2020-2022), persistent efforts in inclusive finance and transformational development. Gu introduced SRCB's efforts in seizing the strategic opportunity for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta to advance regional development and latest development for public listing.
Yu thanked SRCB for supporting SIG in advancing the pilot regulation of financial holding companies and performing shareholders' rights and responsibilities, adding that SIG would go all out to support SRCB in further accelerating development and deepening reform, especially exploring how to advance the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the market-based reform of professional managers. Liu said that SRCB had achieved positive results in business management and Party building in 2019, pledged that SIG would support the next-step development of SRCB and hoped that the two sides would further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in fintech and other fields.
