On October 17, the Yangtze River Delta Innovation Medicine Science Forum took place. The forum was guided by Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office (YRDRCO) and the Jing'an District People's Government, supported by Shanghai International Group (SIG), hosted by Yangtze River Delta Collaborative Advantageous Industry Fund (YRDCF), and co-organized by Highlight Capital and Pharmaron.
With the theme "Policies guide the development of the medical industry, technologies lead medical innovation and reform, capital boosts medical achievement transformation", the forum invited top medical scientists from around the world to deliver keynote speeches. Ruan Qing, Executive Deputy Director of YRDRCO and Zhang Jun, Deputy Head of Jing'an District, addressed the opening ceremony.
At the forum, Sun Min, Managing Partner of YRDCF; Dr. Yang Hua, Chief Scientist of Pharmaron; Dr. Tong Youzhi, Founder and Chairman of Kintor; Dr. Shou Jianyong, Founder and Chief Scientist of EnnovBio; and Chen Bing, Partner of Highlight Capital participated in a roundtable discussion themed "Innovation Synergy in the Yangtze River Delta", to explore the future development, layout and plan of innovation medicine in the Yangtze River Delta
The forum also discussed topics such as "Opportunities and Challenges of Health China 2030", "Drug Regulation Reform Speeds up New Drug Development in China", "Accuracy and Challenge of Oncotherapy", and "Innovation Synergy of Medicine in the Yangtze River Delta".
