On the morning of June 19, SIG 2019 Collective Consultation Meeting was held to discuss the matters concerning the changes and filing of enterprise annuity program. Fu Fan, Chief Consultative Representative of the Employer and President of SIG; and Ma Haiyan, Chief Consultative Representative of the employees, Chairwoman of the Labor Union of SIG hosted the meeting. Guan Wei, Chief Finance Officer of SIG; Chen Zhenpeng, Member of the CPC SIG Committee; and the consultative representatives of both sides attended the meeting. Also present was relevant staff of the Human Resources Department of SIG.
The attendees listened to the statement on the changes of the Enterprise Annuity Program of Shanghai International Group. Upon consultation, the two sides agreed on changing the Program.
Fu noted that the consultative matters were proposed by the Employer based on regulation and policy changes. To complete the program changes smoothly, relevant departments should continue to communicate with employees, explain changes to them, and create better working environment and benefits through the collective consultation meeting mechanism, to constantly enhance their satisfaction and sense of gain.
Ma said that the enterprise annuity program would be revised according to the Enterprise Annuity Measures promulgated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance in February 2018, as well as the relevant work requirements posed by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (SMHRSSB). Prior to the meeting, SIG has explained the relevant policy and terms to employees and performed the democratic procedures of the staff and worker assembly according to relevant regulations. In the future, SIG will continue to build harmonious social relations, create a favorable enterprise atmosphere, and increase employee care on a lawful and compliant basis.
According to relevant regulations, the enterprise annuity program will be submitted to SMHRSSB after being adopted by voting at the SIG headquarters staff assembly of SIG.
