To further strengthen the corporate culture building of Shanghai International Group (SIG) and make the core corporate cultural concept strike deep roots in the hearts of the staff, according to its annual schedule for corporate culture building, SIG organized the 2nd quiz show for core corporate cultural concept education from June 26 to 30.
With the theme "Reform Pioneer, Historical Inheritance", under the core concept system of corporate culture, based on SIG's materials on 40th anniversary of the reform and opening-up, with focus on major events and time points in SIG's reform and development, the quiz aimed to deepen the staff's knowledge of SIG's development and enhance SIG's sense of honor.
614 representatives from SIG's headquarters, subsidiaries and fund companies participated in the quiz. Eventually, three entities including SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SIGAM), as well as 10 individuals including Chen Siquan from the headquarters, Huang Mingyong from SIGAM and Gong Siliang from the headquarters won the Merit Award (winner list annexed).
Another two sessions will take place, with the theme "Nationwide Celebration for the Founding of the Republic" and "Sticking to Responsibility, Leading Development" respectively. Based on the results of the four sessions, the winners of the first place, second place and third place of the "Corporate Culture Learner of the Year" and the winner of the Outstanding Organization Award of the Year will be selected.
