SIG "Cadre Lecture" 2019 opens

On June 21, SIG "Cadre Lecture" 2019 opened at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Among over 60 attendees were SIG's leaders, management staff of the CPC SIG Committee and some outstanding young cadres.
"Cadre Lecture" is a key cadre education and training program of SIG. With focus on risk prevention, technology innovation investment, financial holding group management and other topics, this year SIG will invite SAIF's professors, renowned experts from securities brokers, heads of financial regulatory bodies and other industrial authorities to give regular lectures, thereby further broadening the international vision and financial competence of cadres, and better serving SIG's "dual engine" strategy.
Prof. Zhang Yixuan from SAIF was invited to the first session of "Cadre Lecture" to give a lecture entitled Internal Control and Risk Control of Chinese Finance Groups in the Context of Globalization. Based on the political risk and compliance risk facing Chinese enterprises like ZTE, Huawei and JD during their globalization, he expounded the importance and urgency of enterprises' internal governance and risk control in the context of globalization, and systematically interpreted the architectures, elements and methods of enterprise compliance, internal control and risk management through analyzing the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines. The lecture is of great guiding and referential significance to further strengthening the total risk management of the SIG system, constructing the total risk management system of SIG and continuing to improve SIG's operation capacity and anti-risk capacity.
