On Nov. 6th, 2012, Mr. Ji Xiaohui, secretary of the party committee and chairman of SIG, set out for Beijing as one of 73 Shanghai representatives of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Mr. Ji was a representative for The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China then.
Mr. Ji stated in the special column “wishes from Shanghai representatives for the 18th National Congress of the CPC” on EASTDAY.com, that “We are full of confidence although the world’s economy is still fluctuating. Our confidence comes from the prosperity of the country, the harmony of the society, and also from the great power shown in the process of the party’s and the government’s ,the enterprises’ and individuals’ pursuing of improvement. ”
