To ensure work safety during the Spring Festival, and create a peaceful and auspicious festive atmosphere, on January 29, 2022, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG; Wu Jun, Secretary of the CPC Committee of SIG's Headquarters; Zhou Lei, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Vice President of SIG; Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee; and Wang Tayu, Chief Investment Officer of SIG led teams to SIG's projects in progress, buildings and other sites, to inspect work safety.
SIG's leaders first extended New Year greetings to the first-line workers sticking to posts during the festival, and then inspected important areas such as monitoring center, fire control center and distribution room, the charging area for non-motor vehicles, as well as other important facilities and equipment, inquiring about the work safety of relevant entities, COVID-19 prevention and control, and the implementation of safety work during the festival. Regarding work safety during the festival, he required that relevant entities should perform their safety responsibilities based on the requirements of "addressing both symptoms and root causes of problems, conducting safety control in a strict and practical manner, and assigning responsibilities to specific persons", to ensure safety and stability at the turn of the year; should base their work on facts, focus on key tasks, seriously inspect fire safety and identify potential safety hazards before the festival; should improve the capability of emergency management, strictly implement the "leader in charge" system and the "24-hour on duty" system, and ensure scientific response to and timely, proper disposal of emergencies; should persistently implement the measures for regular COVID-19 prevention and control, care for the staff staying in Shanghai, and make early preparation for work safety and COVID-19 prevention after the festival.
SIG's subsidiaries inspected the safety of work places, commercial buildings, hotels and other sites based on their business features, and implement safety measures to ensure a peaceful, auspicious and joyful Spring Festival.
