SIG's female staff should follow the examples of the models, focus closely on the "dual engine" strategy of state-owned capital operation and investment management led by financial holding group building, enhance their sense of responsibility, be self-respecting, self-confident and self-reliant women in the new era with the ambition of "being as excellent as male staff", and make positive contributions to major strategies and plans such as improving the city levels and core competitiveness of Shanghai and accelerating the building of Shanghai into "five centers", so as to meet the 20th CPC National Congress and the 12th Shanghai Municipal Party Congress by practical work and results.
