The project company launched an emergency plan at the earliest possible time, reported the situation to the superior competent department and the disease control center, and solicited its disposal opinion; promptly organized the disinfection of all places visited by close contacts, and completed nucleic acid tests of all property staff in a short time; and strengthened communication with tenants, kept all tenants updated on the situation, and called for working from home, thus dispelling tenants' worries and earning wide acclaim.

Taking solid measures to protect safety

Sofitel Shanghai Hyland has given top priority to COVID-19 prevention and control, and work safety. Since the beginning of the current outbreak, the hotel has further improved and dynamically adjusted the prevention and control plan, ensured medical supplies, and worked out a closed-loop management plan; has checked the existing air-conditioning systems to eliminate possible loopholes in closed-loop management; has strengthened the attendance of management posts, and worked out a substitution plan for key posts; has conducted management of express parcel disinfection, and implemented emergency separation and protection measures for canteen dining; has organized the staff to receive nucleic acid tests, and duly reported the quarantine of the staff suspended to have COVID-19; and has suspended all hotel projects, and strengthened tests and checks at all the entries and exits; and has made great efforts on work safety, and strengthened security patrol led by executives, to ensure the overall safety of the hotel.
