The Shanghai Municipal Leader & Official Conference was held on the night of March 30, to further mobilize, arrange and implement Shanghai's COVID-19 prevention and control work. The CPC SIG Committee responded promptly by conveying the spirit of the conference at the earliest possible time and making arrangement for SIG's subsidiaries to implement the requirements of the conference.

The CPC SIG Committee requires that the CPC SIG Committee and the CPC committees (Party branches) of SIG's subsidiaries should seriously study the spirit of the municipal leader & official conference, quickly convey its spirit to all grass-roots Party branches, Party members and staff, unify their thoughts and actions on the requirements of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, stay united, and make concerted efforts to win the battle against COVID-19.

The CPC SIG Committee required that Party members and executives should devote themselves to frontline COVID-19 prevention, take the lead in keeping themselves safe against the virus, subject themselves to unified arrangements of communities, take active part in volunteer activities, mobilize families and people around to cooperate in the work of COVID-19 prevention and control, including static management, nucleic acid screening and epidemiological investigation, and give play to the exemplary role of Party members to keep the Party flag flying everywhere.

The CPC SIG Committee required that SIG's organizations at all levels should implement the requirements of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government for COVID-19 prevention and control, devote themselves to the tough battle against COVID-19, keep business running while containing the virus, and contribute the power of SIG to keeping the people healthy and the city safe.
