To implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instruction in work safety, strengthen work safety education and training, and firmly establish the awareness of work safety, the Central Group of the CPC SIG Committee held a workshop on work safety on December 23.

Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, hosted the workshop. The attendees watched Lives Are of Paramount Importance: Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Statement on Work Safety, and studied the newly-revised Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety and Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Work Safety.

The workshop required that we should earnestly study and comprehend General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on work safety, firmly establish the red line awareness and bottom line thinking of work safety, study, publicize and implement the newly-revised Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety and Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Work Safety. We should analyze the characteristics of the production safety work at the turn of the year, focus on key areas and links, implement safety requirements and strictly prevent various accidents. We should carry on with regular COVID-19 prevention and control, duly and dynamically adjust prevention and control schemes, and practically implement prevention and control measures.
