To study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, as well as the important arrangements of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on the development of law-based state-owned enterprises, SIG held the 2021 Work Meeting on Legal Governance on December 30. Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG, hosted the meeting. Hu Youlian, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of SIG, attended the meeting. Also present were members of SIG's leading body, as well as heads of SIG's departments and subsidiaries.

The meeting deliberated on the 2021 Legal Governance Work Report of Shanghai International Group and the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" of Shanghai International Group for Law Popularization.

Yu noted that we should implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law in all the aspects and full process of law-based corporate governance, consolidate and implement the philosophy, hold fast to the bottom line, expand teams, and strictly implement laws, regulations and corporate systems, thereby promoting the high-quality development of SIG.

Liu noted that law-based corporate governance and legal operation are the responsibilities of all staff, requiring that the philosophy of the rule of law should be implemented in the full process of corporate operation.

Members of SIG's leading body, as well as heads of SIG's departments and subsidiaries delivered speeches on the legal governance of SIG based on respective work.
