Firmly Establishing Philosophy of Sound Development, Holding Fast to Bottom Line of Work Safety: SIG Conducts Safety Inspections before New Year's Day

To ensure work safety at the turn of the year, eliminate potential safety risks and hazards, and create a stable festive atmosphere, SIG and its subsidiaries conducted safety inspections before New Year's Day.

Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG; Guan Wei, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Vice President of SIG; and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Director of the Department of Administration of SIG led teams to the construction sites of SIG's projects in progress, buildings and other key projects, to inspect emergency management, work safety, civilized construction and COVID-19 prevention and control, and supervise efforts to address found potential hazards.

SIG's leaders required that efforts should be made to comprehensively implement the work safety responsibility system and enhance the sense of responsibility and sense of mission for work safety at the turn of the year; to strengthen safety protection measures, comprehensively identify potential safety risks and hazards in key fields, and fulfill the safety protection work by drawing inferences about other cases from one instance; to continue advancing fire prevention and control, and implement the "leader in charge" system and the "24-hour on duty" system during New Year's Day; and to coordinate COVID-19 prevention and control, advance the booster shot vaccination work in an orderly manner, and implement measures for regular COVID-19 prevention and control.

Based on respective facts, SIG's subsidiaries conducted safety inspections of projects such as office buildings and hotels before New Year's Day, requiring that project leaders should always tighten safety control, perform respective duties, conduct checks, and supervise efforts to make correction, thereby ensuring the safety situation of SIG is stable and controllable at the turn of the year.
