Facing the resurgence of the epidemic, Tang Jingyi, a senior manager at the Department of Administration of SIG, has worked in the frontline since SIG launched the job rotation system and the AB work coordination system. As several of her colleagues have failed to go on duty due to the closedown of their communities or epidemic control, she has stuck to her post at the crucial moment. For fear that none could replace her if her community was put under control at any time, she hastily packed a change of clothes and daily supplies back at home, and then returned to the office to keep the Department of Administration of SIG running as the center of operation, information flow and information management. While fulfilling her own responsibility, she has filled in for her colleagues who have failed to go on duty amid mounting epidemic control. According to the schedule, she has made elaborate preparation for the meetings of the Board of Directors and professional committees of SIG, and supported outside directors in performing duties amid the epidemic outbreak. She has organized the external promotion of SIG, including information disclosure, as well as the release of the brochure and the CSR report, to ensure that the annual work of the department was advanced in an orderly manner.

SIG Mansion was subject to entry & exit restrictions from March 27 due to epidemic control. Learning that, she stationed in the office resolutely gave up the opportunity to change shifts with her colleagues and stayed on her post to reduce the risk of flow from shift change. Upon receipt of the notice for building control, many departments and colleagues of subsidiaries came to the building entrance to get needed office supplies such as laptop, book and USB flash disk. She delivered supplies from floor to floor and department to department, and worked late into the night, releasing endless energy in her small body! While performing her duty, she undertook the coordination of accommodation, life supply and materials purchase for a total of 30 persons in various modules of SIG Mansion such as security, property, housekeeping and restaurant, patiently found out their appeals and tried to help them out, to deliver care and keep the building running in the special period. With perseverance, courage and tenderness, she has taken on heavy responsibility, demonstrated the power of females and their strong sense of responsibility, and added splendor to the fight against the epidemic.

As a "finalist", Wu Yanru at the Comprehensive Management Department, Shanghai SITICO Assets Management Co., Ltd., has been on duty in the company since the start of regular epidemic prevention and control, providing logistics support to ensure smooth operation of the company and meet the work needs of staff. Facing the resurgence of the epidemic, she purchased sleeping bags, food and other emergency supplies at the earliest possible time, to prepare for lockdown and other emergencies, handed out masks, disinfectants and other protective supplies to staff earlier, and supervised the disinfection and sterilization of the office area. During the "2+12" lockdown of her community, Chen Jingshu at the Human Resources Department, SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. responded to the call of the company and the community neighborhood committee to sign up as a community volunteer. She has taken an active part in antigen screening, and undertaken the responsibilities of publicity and notification, test item distribution and registration, and result recovery and statistics compiling. She has leveraged her strength as a certified "psychological nurse" to answer residents' questions patiently and appease their emotions, and helped elderly residents with antigen testing to the best of her ability. During as a volunteer, she has offered advice on antigen screening, suggesting that residents should release antigen testing results in WeChat groups to accelerate result statistics compiling.

As a Party member, Chen responded to the call of the Party organization at the earliest possible time by completing "double reporting" via the "Pioneer Shanghai" APP, and signed up for the activity of "Fighting the Epidemic Together" organized by the community. From April 1 to 5, she will devote herself to nucleic acid testing, express parcel delivery and other volunteer services in the lockdown of Puxi.
