We really appreciate your hard work and salute you!" On April 16, SIG's first group of frontline volunteers reported for duty under the arrangements of districts and sub-districts. After they took short breaks, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, immediately made calls to them, extending greetings from SIG. He encouraged them to perform the responsibility of Party members, demonstrate the spiritual outlook of SIG, act on the arrangements of sub-district neighborhood committees, and stay safe at the most crucial moment of epidemic prevention and control. SIG will provide full support to them and is awaiting them to return safe and sound.

Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG, showed special concern for the personal safety of the volunteers in epidemic prevention, urged at the earliest possible time that volunteer safety manuals should be handed out to them, and personally wrote eight protection notes for the volunteers. In the call to the volunteers, he repeatedly said frontline epidemic prevention is complex, difficult and risky, asking them to keep the operation process and protection notes in mind and stay vigilant while assisting in nucleic acid tests, sorting and delivering supplies and providing other services.

Wu Jun, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee, along with other leaders of the CPC SIG Committee and CPC committees (branches) of SIG's subsidiaries, also extended greetings to the frontline volunteers in forms such as call, WeChat and text message, promising that SIG and its subsidiaries would provide full support if they were in difficulty and need to protect these frontline fighters.
