To all lessees,
To implement the policy measures of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government for fighting the epidemic and supporting enterprises, we released the Announcement of Shanghai International Group Co., Ltd. on Reduction and Exemption of House Rent for Micro and Small Enterprises and Individual Businesses (hereinafter referred to as "original Announcement") on April 11. To further the work of house rent reduction and exemption, we hereby make a supplementary explanation on relevant matters based on the new work requirements of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC) for house rent reduction and exemption.
I Term of Exemption
Without providing evidentiary materials of being affected by the epidemic, micro and small enterprises and individual businesses that have leased houses from the implementation subjects under us in 2022 may, upon examination by relevant implementation subjects, on the strength of lease contracts and other necessary materials, be exempt from six months of rent in 2022 and entitled to proportional exemption if the term of lease is less than one year in 2022.
II Others
For any other matter not covered herein, the original Announcement shall prevail. In case of any policy adjustment by Shanghai and SHSASAC, we shall make a corresponding adjustment.
