To implement the overall plans of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, as well as the CPC Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC) for epidemic control, and strictly implement the work concerning epidemic control, business development and production safety according to the requirements of "keeping the epidemic under control, stabilizing the economy and developing soundly", SIG held a work meeting on production safety via video link. Guan Wei, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Vice President of SIG, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Director of the Department of Administration of SIG, hosted the meeting. Also present were leaders in charge of production safety, heads of functional departments of production safety and relevant staff from SIG and its subsidiaries.

The meeting reported SIG's recent situation of epidemic control and production safety management. Since the beginning of this year, SIG has earnestly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on epidemic control and production safety, firmly implemented the overall requirements of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, as well as the CPC Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of SHSASAC, and coordinated epidemic control with work resumption and safe production under the leadership of the leading body of SIG and its work leading group on epidemic prevention and control, thus ensuring the overall stability of the epidemic situation and business situation, and advancing epidemic control and business development in parallel. The meeting extended heartfelt thanks to the executives and staff sticking to the frontline of epidemic prevention and their posts in offices, the volunteers devoted to communities' epidemic control, as well as the staff of sub-contractors supporting SIG.

As Shanghai is still in a crucial period of epidemic control that allows of no relaxation, the meeting required that the whole of SIG should continue to implement the decisions and plans of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, as well as the CPC Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of SHSASAC, and implement the work concerning epidemic control, work resumption and production safety with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility. First, we should see that responsibilities are fulfilled, and establish an efficient and orderly production safety management system coordinating efforts at different levels. Second, we should see that staff is in place and arrange staff to return to work in groups under a progressive principle. Third, we should see that proper measures are taken, conduct thorough disinfection, hold a work meeting on production safety and offer group-wide safety education training before resuming office work according to the requirements of SHSASAC, and implement all-round control measures for people, places and objects. Fourth, we should see that property management is conducted, persistently advance the work at the consolidation and improvement stage of the three-year action on production safety rectification, perform tasks in alignment with advanced practices, and improve the system and long-acting work mechanism for production safety. Fifth, we should see that supplies are in place, always put first the life safety and health of staff, make clear supplies reserves and make up deficiencies, to ensure that supplies are sufficient, safe and reliable. Sixth, we should see that education and training are offered, strengthen safety education to SIG's associated entities at all levels and all the staff of SIG under the theme of "Work Safety Month", and extend the safety system to sub-contractors, dispatched labors and other entities, to improve the safety management level of SIG and its associated entities, create a favorable atmosphere for work resumption, and meet the 20th CPC National Congress and the 12th CPC Shanghai Municipal Congress by action.
