On November 29, Luo Jiacong, the Executive Director & General Manager of Shanghai Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SEPCC”) visited CR Power, and Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of the Company met with General Manager Luo Jiacong and his companions, and both parties carried out in-depth communication over business development and cooperation.

Ge Changxin, the Senior Vice President expressed his warm welcome to Luo Jiacong and his colleagues, and his gratitude to SEPCC for its long-term strong support to CR Power in power engineering and business. After debriefing the development situations of China Resources Group and CR Power, Ge indicated that CR Power is expected to bring its advantages in technology, operation and management into full play, and he also discussed with SEPCC the cooperation opportunities in comprehensive energy service, overseas business, internationalized talent training and other aspects, thus to expand bilateral cooperation in multiple fields.

Luo Jiacong, the General Manager, also introduced the development history and current business development situation of the SEPCC, hoping to further strengthen business communication and exchange between both parties, to deepen their business cooperation in combination with the SEPCC’s years of development and construction experience in clean energy and overseas business, and thus to expand overseas markets jointly.
