Recently, the Audit Department of CR Power stood out in the selection campaign of National Internal Audit Advanced Group carried out by China Institute of Internal Audit, and won the honorary title of “2014-2016 National Internal Audit Advanced Group”.

CR Power always attaches great importance to internal audit work. Audit work of CR Power closely focuses on the strategy and management theme of CR Power, Following the mission of “serving strategy, preventing risk, guaranteeing development, and creating value.” CR Power has established a 3-line audit management system with characteristics of CR Power, developed OPP internal control and risk management integration framework, and formed a long-term risk prevention and control mechanism before, during and after the risk occurrence, by adhering to the work principle of “focusing on the central task, highlighting the key points, seeking truth, being pragmatic and assisting development”. CR Power took the lead in carrying out post-investment evaluation for projects and formed a “SOC” post-investment evaluation mechanism within China Resources Group. CR Power set up “Three Powers” model for auditing leadership quality and trained a group of composite audit talents, who were experts in one field while possessing all-round knowledge and ability, and played a decisive role for CR Power to strengthen internal control, prevent operational risks, improve economic efficiency, and achieve steady development.

This selection campaign is the recognition and encouragement towards China Institute of Internal Audit in the aspect of audit work of CR Power. CR Power will continue to give full play to the supervision and service role of internal audit, and continuously improve the level of management and control and operational efficiency.
