On January 12, Hu Min, the President of CR Power, and Zhu Guolin, the Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer met with Zong Shaojun, the President of China Resources Bank and his party in Shenzhen. The two parties exchanged views on the development trend of the power industry in 2018 and the onshore financial market supervision policies.

President Hu Min welcomed Mr. Zong Shaojun and his party, and introduced the business development strategy of CR Power during “13th Five-Year Plan”, and analyzed CR Power's profit model, new energy technology innovation, power market reform and other development trends of the industry. He said that the two parties could expand the cooperation space between bank and enterprise in the aspect of resource acquisition of wind power projects, sale of electricity, development of customer resources of integrated energy service, and diversification of new energy financing, and hoped that China Resources Bank could strengthen communication with CR Power, and seek more cooperation opportunities, so as to help CR Power to build a first-class comprehensive energy service enterprise with the highest efficiency and best efficiency to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

President Zong Shaojun expressed his gratitude to CR Power for its strong support over a long term. He introduced the current business development of China Resources Bank and stated that China Resources Bank would focus on the real economy, and do an excellent job in financing financial services based on power sales and new energy development strategy of CR Power.

The two parties also discussed cooperation opportunities around the upstream and downstream customers of CR Power in the aspect of supply chain financing and biomass energy industry fund.
