On the morning of March 19, Li Ruge, the Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and Chairman of CR Power, hosted the 3rd meeting of the Board of CR Power in 2018 at the Power Conference Room of China Resources Building in Hong Kong. Twenty-one proposals of CR Power and its subsidiaries were deliberated and approved at the meeting, including the annual performance as of December 31, 2017.

In attendance were: Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman of Board and Executive Director of CR Power, Hu Min, the Executive Director and President, Wang Xiaobin, the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Chen Ying, the Non-executive Director and General Manager of Strategic Management Department of China Resources Group, Wang Yan, Non-Executive Director and Audit Department Director of China Resources Group, Ma Zhaoxiang, Liang Aishi, Qian Guofeng and Su Zeguang who are independent non-executive directors.
