From March 27 to March 28, 2018, National Electric Power Industrial Equipment Management Work Conference and the 6th Commendation Conference for National Electric Power Industrial Equipment Management and Innovation Achievement Awards took place at China People's Palace in Beijing (National Federation of Trade Unions), and several projects of CR Power were granted with National Electricity Industrial Equipment Management Innovation Achievement Award.
The Capacity Expansion and Renovation Project for Origin Station of Heat Supply Network of Cangzhou CP Thermal Power Co., Ltd. won the first prize in the technical category. The Project Company adopted some innovative schemes, such as, “Adopting Small Steam Turbine to Drive New Circulating Pump of Heat Supply Network”, “Adopting Carbon Fiber Reinforcement to Increase the Bearing Capacity of Pipeline Buttresses”, and “Hydrophobic Imbalance Solution for of Heat Supply Network Heater with Different Height”, so as to achieve that the heating area of two sets of 300MW heating units is increased by 5.4 million m2, without increasing the total coal consumption, combined heat and power generation can cover an area of 18 million m2, and the heating problem of more than 50,000 households are solved. The implementation of the project can replace more than 40 small heating boilers with 5 tons or less in the urban area, which improves the heating quality and happiness index of the residents in the main metropolitan area of Zhangzhou. At the same time, it can save more than 95,000 tons of standard coal and 47.5 tons of emission reduction per year. 144 tons of sulfur dioxide, 757.5 tons of nitrogen oxides, and 269,742 tons of carbon dioxide, and thus made outstanding contributions to regional environmental improvement.
“Adopting a Technology Monitoring Center to Build a Smart Power Plant” of CR Power (Hai Feng) Co., Ltd. won the first prize in management category. This project utilizes cutting-edge technologies, such as big data, Internet+, cloud computing, intelligent diagnostic core algorithms and expert knowledge base, which can effectively solve problems, such as analysis and prediction of equipment failure, energy conservation and consumption reduction, safety-health-environmental protection management, and perform the analysis and diagnosis on operation process and equipment status to provide corresponding guidance. Also, Technical Monitoring Center has established a set of information and knowledgeable plant personnel and vehicle positioning systems with the aim of disaster prevention, accident rescue and electronic information management, and constructed a scalable safety management system to create a leading smart security "one-stop" platform in China.
In addition, “Optimization Program for Hot Primary Air System” of CR Power (Xiliol Gol) Co., Ltd. won the second prize in technology category; “Construction of Technology Supervision And Management Platform of Power Generation Enterprise based on Real-time Production Data” of Xuzhou Tongshan China Resources Power Co., Ltd. won the second prize in technology category; “Implementation of Six Integrated Management and Control System of Relevant Parties for Achieving New Mode of Power Production and Maintenance” of China Resources Power Dengfeng Co., Ltd. won the excellent management award; “Equipment Health Status Optimization System (EHO)” of China Resources Power (Heze) Co., Ltd., “Coordinated Automatic Optimization Control Technology for Double-inlet and Double-outlet Direct-Fired Pulverizing System of Nanjing Chemical Industry Park Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and “AURA Diagnostic Wind Turbine Fault Pre-diagnosis System” of China Resources New Energy (Datong Guangling) Wind Energy Co., Ltd. won the technical excellence award; Sun Baoguo, staff of Technical Support Department of Shenyang Huarun Thermal Power Co., Ltd., was awarded the title of “Advanced Worker”.
The National Electric Power Industrial Equipment Management Innovation Achievement Award is an award organized by China Electric Power Equipment Management Association for appraisal and selection of national electric power enterprises. It aims to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy, display and exchange the equipment management innovation achievements of the national electric power industry in the past two years. A total of 389 achievements from predominant power companies participated in the selection. CR Power has won 8 awards, which reflects the recognition of the national electric power industry association on the equipment management of CR Power, and also encourages CR Power to continuously explore and innovate, optimize equipment management, improve equipment reliability and unit efficiency, help achieve continuous performance breakthroughs and lead the development of the industry.
