Hu Min, the President of CR Power and Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of Board of Directors and senior vice president, met a delegation led by Masayoshi Kitamura, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (“J-Power”) on May 16 at CR Building in Shenzhen. Both parties discussed the current situation of the foreign market, the operation of the bilateral cooperative project and future cooperation at the meeting.

Welcoming the delegation, President Hu Min confirmed the cooperative relationship between both parties and extended his vote of thanks to the great support of J-Power to CR Power all the time. He briefed about the current situation of the energy sector and environmental protection requirements in China as well as the overall situation and performance of CR Power. Hu also stated that Guangxi Hezhou Power Plant had further turned around under severe industrial challenge through the ceaseless efforts of both parties; it was expected that both sides would further improve cooperation and exchange opinions in multiple levels and sectors in the aspect of international business, environmental treatment and operation& management for joint development on the basis of solidifying and developing the existing cooperative projects.

Speaking highly of the long-term friendly cooperation relationship of both sides, Chairman Masayoshi Kitamura presented a brief introduction to current situation of energy industry in Japan and the operation of J-Power, and shared the progress, experience and achievement made in foreign investment. He expressed that CR Power was a vital associate of J-Power, saying that great success had recorded since the genuine collaboration in Hezhou Power Plant. It was expected that both sides should further work closely together to explore more opportunities for cooperation in the international market exploration, so as to make more significant achievement.

Makoto Honda, the President and executive director of J-Power, Ding Yuankui, the vice president of CR Power and Xu Hongbo, the assistant executive and General Manager of the Strategic Development Department, etc. also attended the meeting.
