Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and senior vice president of CR Power, met a delegation led by Wang Dejia, the Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province on May 23. Both parties discussed the current situation of cooperation and future cooperation during the meeting.

Welcoming the delegation, Ge briefly introduced the history of the growth of China Resources and the development status of the sectors and detailed the situation of relevant projects in Jinzhou City and future development plan. Ge also extended thanks to the great support to CR Power from the Party Committee and the government of Jinzhou City, saying that CR Power would promote the construction of essential projects in Jinzhou City in a high-quality manner, making more significant contributions to the development of local economy and environmental protection.

China Resources is a great diversified state-owned enterprise, and CR Power has a large-scale experience in enterprise management and electric power industry operation; the cooperation by both sides in Jinzhou City has brought sound development prospect for the local and the CR Power; and the Party Committee and the government of Jiinzhou City will always support the development of CR Power, said the Mayor Wang Dejia.

Both parties also discussed over the prospective cooperation, saying that they would expand the sectors of collaborations between both parties to promote all-round cooperation between China Resources and Jinzhou City based on the good cooperative relationship.

An Jinxiang, the Deputy Mayor of Jinzhou City, Zhang Dajun, the secretary of Jinzhou government and Xu Hongbo, assistant executive and the General Manager of the Strategic Development Department, etc. also attended the meeting.
