The 2018 Annual General Meeting of CR Power took place at F50, China Resources Building in Hong Kong on the morning of May 28. Nearly 100 shareholders were present at the meeting and voted. Li Ruge, the Chief Accountant of China Resources and the chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power presided over the meeting.

Seven proposals were approved by voting at the meeting in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, including the annual financial report, the report of the Board and report of the auditor, distribution of final dividend and re-election of some directors.

In the meeting, Chairman Li Ruge thanked the shareholders for their attention and support to CR Power, saying that CR Power had always maintained effective communication with shareholders and disclosed information about the operation and management at the right and accurate time, also making great efforts to create value for the shareholders. It is expected that all shareholders provide valuable suggestions on the operation and management to constantly enhance the management level and improve the operating performance, Li also stated that the representative of the management team of CR Power also communicated with the representative of shareholders on the operation, development of the industry and other issues.

Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and executive director of CR Power, Hu Min, the executive director and the President, Wang Xiaobin, the executive director and CFO, and Independent non-executive directors Ma Zhaoxiang, Liang Aishi, Qian Guofeng, Su Zeguang were present at the meeting.
