The 2018 4th Board meeting of CR Power was hosted by Li Ruge, the Chief Accountant of China Resources and chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, in the afternoon on May 29, at F50 of China Resources Building in Hong Kong. 7 proposals were approved at the meeting, including 13 fuel gas distributed, wind power and PV power projects.

Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and executive director of CR Power, Hu Min, the executive director and the President, Wang Xiaobin, the executive director and CFO, and Independent non-executive directors Ma Zhaoxiang, Liang Aishi, Qian Guofeng, Su Zeguang also attended at the meeting.
