On June 14, Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and senior vice president of CR Power, and the secretary of the Party Committee, the President and General Manager of China Resources Coal (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CR Coal”), paid an official visit to Jia Muquan, the party secretary of Gujiao City, and Zhai Yongqing, the Mayor of Gujiao City, Shanxi Province. An in-depth discussion was held between both parties on the investment and development in Gujiao City by CR Power and CR Coal.

Vice Chairman Ge Changxin thanked the party committee and the government of Gujiao City for their long-term support to China Resources Group and briefly presented the investment and development plan for various businesses of CR in Shanxi Province. With solid basis for cooperation with Gujiao City, CR Coal has established good cooperative relationship of mutual trust with Gujiao City, and since the implementation of the project, the party committee and the government of Gujiao City has given great support and assistance in resources integration, license application, and enterprise development, Ge said. It is expected that both parties shall create more space for cooperation in gas, health-care and the like to promote joint development while reinforcing and developing existing cooperative projects.

Welcoming the delegation, the secretary Jia Muquan extended his thanks to CR Coal for its contributions to the economic and social development of Gujiao City all the time. He pointed out that Gujiao City has a prominent merit in minerals resources and unique natural environment, hoping that both parties should heighten the cooperation for mutual benefit, win-win and joint development in future; the government of Gujiao City would also take proactive measures to guarantee that various services are rendered, to help CR Coal solve any difficulty and problem it faces during the development.
