On July 11, Ge Changxin, the secretary of the Working Committee of China Resources Group Shanxi Region, the chief representative of CR Group in Shanxi, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power paid an official visit to Wang Yixin, the Vice-governor of Shanxi Province in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province to have a broad discussion on the investment and development of China Resources in Shanxi.

Vice governor Wang Yixin welcomed vice chairman and affirmed the China Resources’ constant contribution to the economic, social and environmental development of Shanxin Province. He noted that Shanxi Province was now vigorously promoting the economic and social development in high-quality under the general mindset of “building a demonstration zone for resource-based economic restructuring and development, leading the energy revolution and creating new height for open-up and reform in mainland China”; China Resources was an outstanding diversified state-owned enterprise with excellent management and operation capability; the idea of China Resources “Innovate through Transformation, Develop with Quality” highly catered to the philosophy of Shanxi Province; and the government of Shanxi Province would create a sound and solid investment environment to promote an healthy development of China Resources’ business in Shanxi.

Vice chairman Ge Changxin extended his thanks to the care and support of the government of Shanxi Province to China Resources all the time, and gave a brief on the investment and business development of China Resources in Shanxi. China Resources saw good business growth in electric power and coal in Shanxi due to its solid foundation of cooperation with the government of Shanxi Province, Ge said. CR Power had preliminarily turned the coal business from deficits to profits by actively carrying out the fundamental policies of supply-side restructuring issued by the state and Shanxi Province, refining the operation and improving quality and efficiency. China Resources would further enhance the cooperation and exchange with Shanxi to explore mode of innovation and expand the cooperation fields, making greater contribution to the economic, social and environmental development of Shanxin.
