On the afternoon of July 12, Hu Min, the president of CR Power, met with Liu Hui, the chairman of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (thus referred to as “DFEM”) and Secretary of the Party Committee of Dongfang Electric Wind Power Co., Ltd. (thus referred to as “DFEWP”), and his partners at China Resources Building in Shenzhen. Then, both parties reached a consensus through friendly negotiation on the present business cooperation, future cooperation mode in the new energy field and other matters.

President Hu Min welcomed the Chairman Liu Hui and confirmed the progress of the wind power business cooperation between both parties and introduced CR Power’s business development, innovative business model, and other conditions. Also, Mr. Hu pointed out that it would be one of CR Power’s key strategic points to energetically expand the wind power business because wind power would continuously maintain a sound development trend in the future. DFEM was an outstanding equipment manufacturer with rich experience in electric equipment manufacturing; it was hoped that both parties could further strengthen the cooperation in wind power development, biomass power generation, garbage power generation and other fields and create a new cooperation mode to promote win-win development.

Chairman Liu Hui extended his gratitude to CR Power for its constant support, said that DFEM had formed the industrial development pattern of “simultaneous multi-power development” including hydropower, thermal power, gas-fired power and wind power and had reached the advanced level in the world in core technology and R&D ability after technological accumulation and development for years and that DFEWP had a perfect independent blade development, production and test system and an advanced autonomous electronic control system and was the only company with double-fed and direct-driven generators simultaneously in China, and hoped that both parties could keep maintaining the cooperation in technical transformation of high voltage ride-through test for steam turbine units in East Qiaowan and the following cooperation to increase the depth and breadth of cooperation ceaselessly.

Zhan Ming, the General Manager of DFEWP, relevant department managers of DFEM and DFEWP as well as relevant leaders of the Strategic Development Department, Construction Management Department, Operation Management Department and Procurement Department were present in the meeting.
