On July 27, accompanied by Wang Xiaobin, the CFO of CR Power, and Ma Zhaoxiang, Liang Aishi and Qian Guofeng, all of whom are independent non-executive directors of CR Power, went to Xiangfeng Wind Power Farm of Jibei New Energy Company in North China region for investigation.

These directors examined the wind turbines and master control room of Xiangfeng Wind Power Farm and the most beautiful rural town, in which they are established as well as other areas, heard the report made by Zhang Xinke, General Manager of North China region, on completion of key work and performance of social responsibility of the region between 2017 and 2018 as well as the introduction made by Sun Zhigang, General Manager of Jibei New Energy Company, about the corporate business condition and development prospect, held cordial conversations with workers’ representatives and encouraged them to be keen to their work and keep making incessant efforts for innovative transformation and green development of CR Power.

First, the directors gave Jibei New Energy Company credit for its economic benefit, operational capability, responsibility performance, corporate cultures and others, and hoped the enterprise to keep optimizing the strategic positioning, make scientific planning and arrangements in advance and ceaselessly exploit new energy project reserves in resource-rich areas to achieve healthy and sustainable development; second, strengthen operation control and scientific operation and actively propel the centralized construction of operation and maintenance to continually enhance the business performance and regional influence; third, further perfect the management of safety production to ensure the intrinsic safety and improve the safety control competitiveness; fourth, value talent training and optimize the investment structure in female human capital to advance the comprehensive and healthy development of the enterprise.
