On August 14, Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power, paid a visit to He Tiancai, Vice Governor of Shanxi Province, in Taiyuan, where they had an intense discussion about CR Power’s investment and development in Shanxi.

Vice Chairman Ge Changxin thanked Vice Governor He Tiancai and the People’s Government of Shanxi Province for their long-term care and support, briefly introduced the investment and development of CR Power in Shanxi, introduced in detail that China Resources Coal (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CR Coal”) propelled the corporate transformation and development by implementing the supply-side structural reform policy of the state and Shanxi Province, resolving overcapacity, giving up the bad while reserving the good, activating the stock and optimizing the capital structure based on increasing the total asset amount and hoped that People’s Government of Shanxi Province could give the company support during the revitalization of high-quality assets such as Dongan Coal Mine and Zhongshe Coal Mine to assist the company eliminate losses. Also, Vice Chairman Ge Changxin said that Shanxi Province was an essential strategic investment area of CR so CR Power would continue to make full use of its advantages to strengthen the cooperation and communication with Shanxi Province further and make positive contributions to the transformation and development of coal industry in Shanxi.

Vice Governor He Tiancai welcomed the Vice Chairman Ge Changxin’s team and extended gratitude to China Resources Group and CR Power for their long-term friendly collaboration with Shanxi Province. Meanwhile, he said that the People’s Government of Shanxi Province would support CR as it did before, focus on and coordinately solve the problems in the development process of coal business and hoped that both parties could continue communicating and cooperating with each other meticulously to jointly promote the industrial structure adjustment and social & economic development of Shanxi Province.
