Fu Yuning, the Chairman of China Resources Group, Goes to CR Power to Investigate the Innovation Work

On August 15, Fu Yuning, the Party Secretary and Chairman of China Resources Group, went to CR Power to inspect its innovation work, in the accompany of Li Ruge, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and Board Chairman of CR Power. Meanwhile, some management personnel of CR Power and other relevant leaders of the technical research institute attended the investigation meeting.

Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power, chaired the meeting, at which he briefly introduced the condition of the management team of China Resources Electric Power Technology Research Institute, their performance in business pattern innovation, operational innovation and management innovation, etc. and the phased achievements they made in specific businesses. Meanwhile, Jiang Lihui, the Senior Vice President of CR Power, reported CR Power’s implementation of innovation from strategic positioning, organizational construction & talent training, innovation direction & achievements, operational headquarters base and innovative thinking, highlighted the innovative development, quality and efficiency improvement of coal power, comprehensive energy service, overseas business development and other aspects of the technology research institute, and put forward the innovative working ideas such as innovative ecological park, talent introduction & motivation and overseas communication platform. At the meeting, Chairman Fu Yuning and Chairman Li Ruge communicated with all specialized leaders about such problems as domestic and foreign advanced technology, strengths and weaknesses in the innovation of CR Power and breakthrough of technological difficulties.

After the detailed innovation report of CR Power and the introduction of specialized fields, Chairman Fu Yuning cited that CR Power was required to effectively exploit its advantages as an energy enterprise, conduct innovation based on the company’s difficult development and pain points under the guidance of the strategy, reasonably use domestic and overseas advanced technology and gather the advantages of other companies to enhance the company’s innovation strength, continue properly setting its differential positioning and comprehensive energy positioning, carefully follow the future technology trend and actively explore the advanced technology in cloud platform, big data, intelligent energy, energy storage and other aspects. In addition, Mr. Fu had the following three hopes for the future innovation work of CR Power: firstly, combine specific fields, discover and popularize new technology, keep pursuing the domestic and international leading position and foster the innovation ability based on the strategic and development positioning; secondly, build a high-level talent team, attract leading industry talents and, meanwhile, deepen the cooperation with scientific research institutions and other social research powers. Thirdly, regularly make introspections and reviews according to the development strategy during innovation and exploration so that CR Power Technology Research Institute can genuinely realize its value creation. Additionally, Chairman Fu also gave guidance on the innovation incentive mechanism, fault-tolerant mechanism, achievement transformation, intellectual property protection and others.

Chairman Li Ruge required CR Power to diligently learn and implement the spirit of the speech made by Chairman Fu, master the goal of innovation strategy and the positioning of technology research institute, effectively improve the reserve of talents, technological accumulation and other strengths with a modest learning attitude and build the enterprise core competitiveness.
