On May 9, the 481.25MW wind power project of CR Power Shandong New Energy Co., Ltd. in Caoxian, Shandong Province was approved. In the Project, it is planned to install 77 sets of 6.25MW wind turbine generator systems and build two 220kV step-up substations at the same time, with a total investment of about RMB 2.63 billion. After the completion of the project, it is expected to generate 1.147 billion kWh of electricity annually, saving 348,300 tons of standard coal and reducing 956,600 tons of carbon dioxide each year.
