    On October 28, the DCS power receiving of Unit 3 of Zhejiang Company's Wenzhou Power Plant Phase II Project was successful at one time. The domestically-made independent and controllable "Ruiwo" DCS control system is adopted for the Project. Domestic CPU chips are used for controllers and servers, and Galaxy Kirin domestic systems are used for operating systems. Hardware such as DCS controllers and IO modules are completely replaced by domestic hardware, with an overall localization rate of 100%

    On October 27, the Neihuang Phase III 200 MW Wind Power Project of Henan New Energy Company successfully completed the foundation pouring for the first wind turbine. After the Project is put into operation, it is expected to generate 684 million kWh of electricity annually, save 137,000 tons of standard coal per year, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 440,000 tons annually.

    On October 26, the commencement ceremony of 220 kV offshore step-up substation of Cangnan 1# Offshore Wind Power Phase II Expansion Project was successfully held. The Project site is located in the eastern sea area of Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province, with a total capacity of 200 MW. The Phase II offshore step-up substation is located on the west side of the Phase I step-up substation, with an offshore distance of about 24 kilometers and a water depth of approximately 21 meters.

    On October 20, the first wind turbine of Hengshui Raoyang 100 MW Affordable Wind Farm Project of CR Power Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei New Energy Co., Ltd. was hoisted and installed. The total investment of the Project is RMB 677 million. After being put into operation, it is expected to generate an annual on-grid energy output of 250 million kWh, save approximately 82,500 tons of standard coal per year, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 414,000 tons annually.

    On October 16, the #1 unit of Shenyang's Huarun Thermal Power Off-site Expansion 2×350 MW Cogeneration Project successfully passed 168 hours of full-load trial operation at one time. The dynamic investment of the Project is about RMB 3.363 billion. First-class power generation energy-saving technology and equipment are adopted, and efficient dust removal, desulfurization, and denitration facilities are built simultaneously to ensure ultra-low emissions at all times.

    On October 15, Xinjiang Santanghu 1,000 MW Wind Power Project was connected to the grid at full capacity. the full-capacity grid-connection of 1,000 MW wind power project in Santanghu, Xinjiang was completed. Once completed and put into operation, the Project can provide clean electricity of 3.048 billion kWh transmitted to the power grid every year, saving about 909,000 tons of standard coal and reducing about 2,523,900 tons of CO2 emissions.
