On May 4, Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, met with Mr. Tse Chin-wan, Director of the Environment and Ecology Bureau, HKSARG, and his delegation at the headquarters in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Both parties exchanged views on Hong Kong's green energy transition and the promotion of zero-carbon technical services and reached a consensus. He was accompanied by Dr. Hoey Simon Lee, Director and Vice President of CR Enterprise and a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.

On April 2, Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, met with Cong Li, Secretary of the Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee in Shenzhen. Both parties had discussions and exchanges on accelerating the construction of cooperative projects, extending cooperation in a pragmatic fashion and expanding cooperation fields, and reached a broad consensus.

On March 24, CR Power held the 2023 Work Conference in Shenzhen, with the theme of "Reinventing and Making New Breakthroughs to Jointly Create a Benchmark". Attendees included leaders from relevant departments of CR Group, senior executives and external directors of CR Power, direct managers of CR Power, and relevant staff from Chongqing Energy and Shengjing Energy.

On February 22, Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, paid an official visit to Yu Jinfu, Deputy Secretary of CPC Yangjiang Municipal Committee and Mayor of Yangjiang City, for discussion and exchange on further energy cooperation and other matters.

On February 21, Wang Chuandong, Vice General Manager of CR Group, met with Zhang Zhizheng, Secretary of the CPC Lincang Municipal Committee, in Shenzhen. They had talks and exchanges on further cooperation in various fields and reached broad consensus.

On the morning of February 2, the Municipal Conference on High-Quality Development and the Signing Ceremony for the Commencement of Shantou International Wind Power Innovation Hub Industrial Project was held in Shantou City. Wen Zhanbin, Secretary of the CPC Shantou Municipal Committee, and Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, both participated in the event.

On February 1, Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, met with Hou Jinlong, President of Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd., and his delegation in Shenzhen. Both parties discussed and exchanged about matters such as joint innovation and business cooperation.

On January 17, CR Power, together with Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei), completed the world's first grid-connection performance test validation of the grid-forming PV energy storage system at the CR Poverty Alleviation Photovoltaic Power Station in Gonghe County, Qinghai Province.

On December 29, the Launching Ceremony of CR Power New Energy Chaoyang 1,000MW Wind Power Project was held in the People's Hall of Jianping County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, delivered a video speech. Xie Weidong, Mayor and Deputy Secretary of Chaoyang Municipal Party Committee, Cao Zhigang, President of Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd., and Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, attended the event.

On December 28, China Resources Group and Liangshan Prefectural People's Government held a Video Symposium and Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Ashi Labi, Governor and Deputy Secretary of Liangshan Prefecture Party Committee, and Wang Chuandong, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group were present at the signing ceremony.
