Recently, CR Power paid a visit to Helping Hand - Father Sean Burke Care Home for the Elderly.

On the morning of December 9, the "Cloud Groundbreaking" Ceremony of Jiamusi Hua'nan 300MW and Huachuan 150MW Wind Power Projects (Phase I) of CR Power was held in Jiamusi City. Wang Qiushi, Secretary of Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee, Cong Li, Mayor and Deputy Secretary of Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee, and Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power attended the ceremony.

On December 6, the Presentation Ceremony of Hong Kong Green Awards 2022 was held in Hong Kong. CR Power was again awarded the "Environmental, Health and Safety Award · Platinum", the highest level at the Hong Kong Green Awards, in addition to the "Green Management Award · Gold" and the "Corporate Green Governance Award · Environmental Monitoring and Reporting". CR Power (Cangzhou Yundong) Co., Ltd. won the "Green Management Award · Silver", China Resources Power Jiaozuo Co., Ltd. and China Resources New Energy (Nong'an) Co., Ltd. the "Environmental, Health and Safety Award · Bronze", and China Resources New Energy (Xilinhot) Co., Ltd. the "Environmental, Health and Safety Award · Merit".

On December 7, the "Hong Kong Green Awards 2021" award ceremony hosted by the Green Council was held in Hong Kong. China Resources Power Holding Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries won 6 honors.

On November 6-18, 2022, the 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27) was held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. Heads of CR Power Shenshan Company and CR Power Guangdong Run Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Run Carbon Technology") participated in the "China Pavilion" online or on site.

On November 18, Shi Baofeng, President of CR Power, met with a delegation headed by Liu Guoqiang, Deputy Secretary of Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of Lingwu Municipal Party Committee. The two sides held talks and exchanges on strengthening investment cooperation.

On November 10, joint commissioning was officially started for Xiyi Mine of CR Power (Xilingol) Coal Co., Ltd., marking the transition from the infrastructure construction stage to the trial production stage.

On November 7, "ESG China Forum 2022 Winter Summit" guided by the Social Responsibility Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and undertaken by China Social Responsibility 100 Forum (ESG Expert Committee) was held during the fifth China Enterprise Forum. The Central Enterprise ESG Pioneer 50 Index Series were released during the Summit. CR Power ranked No. 2 among 426 listed companies controlled by central enterprises for "Central Enterprise ESG·Pioneer 50 Index"; and regarding the subentry 50 index newly added this year, CR Power ranked No. 1 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Governance Pioneer Index", ranked No. 2 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Social Value Pioneer 50 Index", and ranked No. 15 for "Central Enterprise ESG·Risk Management Pioneer 50 Index".

In order to actively implement the 14th Five-Year Plan for Technological Innovation in the Energy Sector, help tackle offshore new energy core technology and make contributions to the large-scale use of marine resources, CR Power recently declared its "Offshore Floating PV Power Generation Key Technology Study" and obtained the approval of the National Energy Administration. It is the first national level scientific research project undertaken by CR Power as the leader in the energy sector.

On the morning of November 3, Wang Xiangming, chairman of the Group, and his delegation visited CR Power's Headquarters to publicize and implement the guidelines from the 20th CPC National Congress and investigate the actual implementation of "stable growth" and "four aspects to remodel". Participants in the investigation included Wang Chuandong, deputy general manager of the Group, relevant responsible persons from the Group Office, Strategic Management Department, HR Department and Finance Department, and heads of the management team of CR Power, departments and sections of the Headquarters and regions.
