The 2018 Annual General Meeting of CR Power took place at F50, China Resources Building in Hong Kong on the morning of May 28.

On the afternoon of May 10, China Resource Power (Lubei) New Energy Co., Ltd. and Dezhou Rundian Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. were unveiled in Dezhou City, Shandong Province.

On May 8, Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President of CR Power Corporation, paid a visit to Envision Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Envision Energy”) in Shanghai. Zhang Lei, the CEO of Envision Energy, met with Vice President Ge Changxin and his party.

On the afternoon of May 5, Hu Min, the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of CR Power, met with Liu Dezhong, the Party Secretary, Chairman and General Manager of Chongqing Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Chongqing Energy”) at China Resources Building in Shenzhen.

On the morning of April 24, Li Ruge, Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and Chairman of CR Power, met with Chen Ping, the Mayor of Heze City, Shandong Province, in Shenzhen.
