On the afternoon of June 25, President Hu Min met with a delegation led by Huang Zhiqiu, the General Manager of China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. (“GEDI”) to have an in-depth conversation on the partnership in wind power project in China and international business development.

On the afternoon June 25, Hu Min, the President of CR Power, hosted a meeting with Sarrazin Aymeric, the Global President of Siemens Power Generation Services Group (“Siemens”) in Charge of Control and Digitalization Business at China Resources Building in Shenzhen to discuss the cooperation in digitalization and the implementation of CSASS project.

On the morning of June 25, Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and senior vice president of CR Power, met with a delegation led by Yang Kebao, the Senior Vice President of Vestas and the President of Vestas in China in Shenzhen.

On June 22, Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and senior vice president of CR Power, paid an official visit to Lin Jinben, the President of Fujian Energy Group Co., Ltd. (“Fujian Energy Group”).

Sixteen generator units of CR Power were honored as the National Prominent Thermal Power Generator Unit as shown in a list of 2017 National Prominent Thermal Power Generator Unit for 1000MW, 600MW, 300MW released by the China Electricity Council recently.

On June 14, Ge Changxin, the vice chairman of the Board of Directors and senior vice president of CR Power, and the secretary of the Party Committee, the President and General Manager of China Resources Coal (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CR Coal”), paid an official visit to Jia Muquan, the party secretary of Gujiao City, and Zhai Yongqing, the Mayor of Gujiao City, Shanxi Province.

Chairman Li Ruge witnessed the running of wind turbine generators at the site and made a field tour to the main control room of the wind farm, TPM training yard, digital warehouse management region and other areas.

President Hu Min extended his welcome to the delegation and thanked the great support of the government of Xuzhou City to the development of CR Power in Xuzhou all the time.

The award ceremony of “Quam Most Outstanding Investor Relations Award” was held in Hong Kong on May 30. Many celebrities from the sector attended at the ceremony.

The 2018 4th Board meeting of CR Power was hosted by Li Ruge, the Chief Accountant of China Resources and chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, in the afternoon on May 29, at F50 of China Resources Building in Hong Kong.
