On July 23, Li Ruge, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and Board Chairman of CR Power, granted interview of Phoenix TV at the 2017 Sustainable Development Report Conference of CR Power, answering questions such as achievements CR Power made in clean energy, transformation difficulties in the current power sector and CR Power’s following innovative development measures.

On July 23, CR Power held the 2017 Sustainable Development Report Conference in Shenzhen. A total number of more than 100 people including Li Ruge, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and Board Chairman of CR Power, members of the management team of CR Power, representatives of holding departments & offices and subordinate enterprise, etc. attended the conference.

On July 19, Li Ruge, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of China Resources Group and Board Chairman of CR Power went to South China Region of CR Power for investigation.

On July 16, Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power, visited Song Lusheng, the General Manager of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (thus referred to as “Henan Energy & Chemical”) in Zhengzhou and both parties discussed about cooperation with each other.

On July 13, Hu Min, the President of CR Power met with Huang Hanbiao, Secretary of Yunfu Municipal Party Committee of Guangdong, and Mayor Wang Sheng in Shenzhen, where they held friendly talks on matters regarding acceleration of the construction of Xijiang Project.

On the afternoon of July 12, Hu Min, the president of CR Power, met with Liu Hui, the chairman of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (thus referred to as “DFEM”) and Secretary of the Party Committee of Dongfang Electric Wind Power Co., Ltd. (thus referred to as “DFEWP”), and his partners at China Resources Building in Shenzhen.

On July 11, Ge Changxin, the secretary of the Working Committee of China Resources Group Shanxi Region, the chief representative of CR Group in Shanxi, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power paid an official visit to Geng Yanbo, the Mayor of Taiyuan City, in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province to have a friendly discussion on the cooperation at present and in the future.

On July 11, Ge Changxin, the secretary of the Working Committee of China Resources Group Shanxi Region, the chief representative of CR Group in Shanxi, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of CR Power paid an official visit to Wang Yixin, the Vice-governor of Shanxi Province in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province to have a broad discussion on the investment and development of China Resources in Shanxi.

On the afternoon of July 9, Hu Min, the President of CR Power met with a delegation led by Li Donglin, the President of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. (“CRRC Zhuzhou Institute”) at China Resources Building in Shenzhen.

The Notice on the Construction of Pilot Project for Technical Upgrading of Coal-fired Biomass Power Generation (“Notice”) was recently released by the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
